In all seriousness, she helped me and my wife, w/ 3 boys (7,6,3 in age) in tow over 2 days look at 30+ houses in the area after just moving back to the area from Spain. We got it done and most importantly got those kids in school. Also, she's way cooler than you and will tell you all the cool spots.
